The company's chief scientist, Professor Ren Ju, is a Yangtze River Scholar, Director of the Institute of Human-Computer Interaction and Media Integration at the Department of Computer Science at Tsinghua University and is the first recipient of the First Prize in Natural Sciences of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.

In March 2026, Jinghua Crypto Computing raised Angel+ funding led by Peakview Capital, with participation from Guolian Group, BeyondSoft Corporation and Innoangel Fund. The company’s technology, originating from the Edge Intelligence Laboratory of the Department of Computer Science at Tsinghua University, enables secret computing on general-purpose GPUs and NPUs with cryptographic-level security. It has served nearly 100 million users through Kuaishou's overseas version.
