Founded in 2005 and based in Kunming, China, Long-Spring Education Group is an education company that offers high school students full-time education offerings and tutoring services. The group is composed of the Changshui (Hengshui) Experimental Middle School Group, First High School Education Group (FHS), etc. The branches have been set up in Guizhou, Sichuan, and other places. In November 2016, EQT acquired the company. In November 2021, the company signed a contract with Mengzi Education Investment Company to establish the Mengzi Campus. As of 2024, the employees exceeded more than 3,000 people. Long-Spring Education Group is committed to providing high school education, vocational education, green and low-carbon services, etc.
The company has established a modern industry college to offer digital traditional Chinese medicine, green and low-carbon future technology, and other majors. Its green and low-carbon services include campus carbon neutrality, dual carbon consulting, digital product services, and carbon asset management. The acquisition will help the company to introduce international courses for the students.
