In January 2018, KeBek Private Equity and BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity, along with the company management, acquired full ownership in Sign & Façade Liège NV from E-Capital.
In November 2022, CCR Fund acquired Sign & Facade N. V. in partnership with the group The Image Builders. The company provides outdoor advertising solutions, such as illuminated signs in plexies and canvases, advertising panels, totems and columns, facade letters, banners, and signage products.
Sign & Façade also supplies and installs cassette facades, awnings, and column coverings in multiple designs and materials. The company’s illuminated advertising solutions offer customized solutions as per the requirements of the client based on letters, light boxes, panels, banners and prints, and totems and pylons. In addition, the firm’s claddings are composed of different materials and material combinations, such as aluminum composite, aluminum lacquered, aluminum anodized, expanded metal, zinc, perforation, and slats and frames. Sign & Façade also provides safety signage, referral signaling, wayfinding systems, and informative signage to optimize the safety of clients' employees or customers.
