Established in 2009 and headquartered in Shanghai, China, Shanghai Siyanli Industrial Co. , Ltd. , trading as Siyanli, has grown into one of China’s leading premium beauty service chains, offering a range of facial, body and hair treatments. The company operates branches in major cities including Tianjin, Shenyang, Changsha, Kunming and Guangzhou.
In October 2025, Beauty Farm agreed to fully acquire Siyanli for CNY 1. 25 billion. Siyanli provides comprehensive beauty and wellness services, including aromatherapy plant-essence skin treatments, peptide whitening care, anti-hair loss and scalp treatments, slimming and body shaping and high-tech instrument-based care. The company owns the “Siyanli” skincare brand and distributes imported brands such as French ESTHEDERM.
Its services are offered through both online channels, including its Tmall flagship store and offline outlets across major Chinese cities. The company generates revenue by providing beauty, body care, hair care, SPA and high-tech equipment care and other services. Following its acquisition by Beauty Farm, Siyanli will integrate into the group’s “Dual Beauty + Dual Wellness” business model to expand its presence in high-tier cities, strengthen digital operations, and enhance profitability through brand and customer network synergies.
