Based in Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia, and founded in 1989, Spritzer Bhd is in the business of bottling and distributing natural mineral water. Kenny Lim Seng Lee is the current Group CEO of the company. In September 2017, Dymon Asia Private Equity agreed to acquire a minority stake in Spritzer Bhd for MYR 63 million. The company manufactures and distributes natural mineral water, sparkling natural mineral water, distilled drinking water, carbonated fruit-flavored drinks, non-carbonated fruit-flavored drinks, and functional drinks.
Its products also include Spritzer dispensers, water pump dispensers, Spritzer RO tetra packs, Acilis by Spritzer, Spritzer Tinge, Spritzer So Tinge, and Spritzer colourflow hot and warm dispensers. The company generates over 90% of its income in its native market of Malaysia, with the remaining 10% coming from export sales. It generated a revenue of MYR 308. 5 million in 2020, compared to MYR 374 million in 2019.
The company has plans to increase its revenue contribution from foreign markets.
