Based in the UK, and founded in 2005, Bazaar Group, manufactures and retails furniture products and was established by its owner and creative director, Jayne Dolder. In January 2021, Comhar Capital invested in the company. Bazaar Group's team of interior architects, 3D product designers and upholsterers, focuses on manufacturing soft seating furniture and offers designing solutions for the retail, contract and education markets. Through its online marketplace, the company offers various forms of beanbags, footstools, and home furnishings. Through Eden Learning Spaces, Bazaar's education brand, it is able to provide support for education professionals to create a learning environment for educational institutions, from early years through to secondary. Bazaar Group's revenue is generated by selling its products through its e-commerce platform. The company also offers an option for volume sales used for events. For its education brand, Eden Learning Spaces products are distributed through all major UK catalog companies, as well as a number of smaller independent stockists. Following the investment from Comhar Capital, Bazaar Group plans to expand on an international level, particularly new eCommerce platforms in the UK and Europe in order to address a growing online consumer audience.
