Based in Melbourne, Australia and founded in year 2018, Butn Limited was spun out of transactional lending company Australian Factoring Company (AFC). Its technological platform offers various financing alternatives to its client base which includes buy now, pay later product, advances on commissions, advance invoice payments and business loans. Also, Butn Limited provide buy now, pay later (BNPL) products for diversified range of businesses and merge them directly into payment systems of merchant, vendor, and supplier to enable 15-minute transaction. Butn Limited provide online platform for financial transaction which includes receivables finance, supply chain finance and business loans, within its existing product line. Its product portfolio includes ButnX, ButnPay, ButnNow and ButnPlus. This product line is integrated with salesforce software to provide financing for business. It makes partnership with wholesalers, distributors, aggregators, CRM systems and fintech disruptors. Butn Limited revenue is generated by providing business-to-business services across diversified range of industries. Butn Limited aims to list on the Australian Stock Exchange to expand its technological services in Australian food delivery platform. To do so the company raised AUD 12.5 million of pre-IPO funding from Canaccord Genuity, Wilson Asset Management and Regal Funds and made partnership with food delivery company Easi, announced on February 2021.
