Electronic Transaction Consultants, LLC provides end-to-end solutions including roadside solutions, back-office solutions, and operations services to the toll and smart mobility industries. The company offers rite™ Solutions, its proprietary AI-enabled products to provide a toll transaction processing system, fully redundant, real-time communications between lane controllers and lane equipment, a monitoring and ticketing system, big data analytics solutions, and a SaaS-based vehicle recognition system. It offers a congestion management system that captures and correlates multiple, unique IoT detection events. The company also has a back-office platform that has a suite of solutions for ERP, CRM, and customer self-service needs. Following the agreement to be acquired by Quarterhill Inc. in August 2021, Electronic Transaction Consultants, LLC intends to operate as a stand-alone company, working closely together with Quarterhill's International Road Dynamics (IRD) to collaborate on revenue synergy opportunities with product expansion and geographic expansion.
