The company's net revenue reached BRL 4.9 million in 2020, compared to BRL 4.3 million in 2019, and its EBITDA amounted to BRL 564,000 last year, compared to BRL 449,000 in 2019. In 2020, GPS posted a net income of BRL 283 million up 33.5% from the previous year. GPS plans to use the funds raised in the primary offer to make acquisitions, strengthen its financial capacity, and pay dividends to shareholders.
