Based in Utah, US, and founded in 2011 by Brent Draper and Matthew Flanders, Greenix Pest Control is a residential pest control services provider. In March 2021, the company was recapitalized by the private equity firm, Riata Capital Group, in partnership with the company's CEO, Robert Nilsen, as the pest control business serves 13 cities across the US including Chicago, Grand Rapids, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Indianapolis, Louisville, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cherry Hill, Princeton, and Salt Lake City. Greenix Pest Control offers a full range of in-home and exterior services, eliminating 50 different types of pests. The company initially applies the necessary treatments including the application of waterproof dust along the eaves, crack and crevice treatment, perimeter spray treatment, granular barrier application, and organic interior spot treatment. Greenix service professionals then conduct recurring services every 90 days after the first quarterly treatment. Greenix Pest Control mainly generates its revenue by providing a subscription-based service. Following the investment from the Riata Capital Group in March 2021, Greenix Pest Control plans to continue its expansion through synergistic and targeted add-on acquisitions.
