Based in Zaozhuang, China and founded in 2018, HAIDI operates as a lithium-ion battery manufacturer, focusing on the development, production and sales of new lithium-ion batteries and modules. There are more than 600 employees in the company, including about 150 research and development staffs. HAIDI also established a joint venture in Slovenia, Europe. Some enterprises, such as Hyundai, Kwang Bo Group, Manila Power, have cooperated with the company. In November 2023, HAIDI raised series B led by new investor Cathay Capital. The business segments of Tianke New Energy can be divided into three categories which are research and development of lithium-ion battery cells, integrated lithium-ion battery packs, and lithium battery energy storage integration and application.The research and development of lithium-ion battery cells covers two systems of lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium batteries. The lithium battery energy storage integration and application can provide customers with energy storage systems and total solutions. The company has also established two brands, Tianke and Haidi, whose products can be used in high-end fields such as AGV, robotics, military, medical equipment, yachts, forklifts, and golf carts.
