Based in Tokyo, Japan, and re-established in 1998, HUB Co., Ltd. runs an English-style pub. The company first started its business by opening up the company's first restaurant in Sannomiya, Kobe, in 1980. In 1997, Hub Ikebukuro Higashiguchi was opened. The company got 15 restaurants from Rikishaman. In 1999, HUB Opera city, Tokyo was opened. In 2006, HUB Nagoya was opened. The following month, shares were made public in Osaka (Heracles). In 2013, the company opened HUB Sendai. In 2017, the company moved from being public to the 2nd section to the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. At this point, the company had around 100 restaurants.
