Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and founded in 2018 by CEO Udi Shamai, COO Yariv Reches, and CPO Harel Shafran, Hyper Food Robotics Ltd., a.k.a. Hyper operates as a provider of autonomous and robotic kitchens designed for fast food chains to handle all stages of cooking, from food preparation to packing. In October 2022, Hyper Food Robotics Ltd. raised venture funding from new investor Velocity Ventures. The company provides fully autonomous, robotic fast-food stores within a boxed unit for multinational fast-food delivery chains looking for rapid growth, companies that wish to develop new fast-food delivery chains, brands looking to incorporate elements of advanced robotic technology in existing restaurants, and the ghost kitchen industry. Hyper’s robotics box kitchens can be installed on a platform of a 40-foot container and can be fitted with robotic solutions, which are easily reconfigurable, ensuring ease of scalability and flexibility in mobility. In addition, the firm uses AI (artificial intelligence) technology in its robotic kitchen to ensure consistency in food quality and safety standards. Hyper Food Robotics Ltd. plans to roll out its autonomous pizza kitchens in 2023.
