As of September 2021, the firm is been led by Antonio Alves Benjamim Neto, as its CEO, and operates 13 hospitals located across 9 cities including Espírito Santo, Tocantins, Mato Grosso, Distrito Federal and Ceará etc. Kora Saúde Participacoes SA is a hospital group that offers primary care and therapeutic diagnostic support services. The group partners with companies, helping them provide access to hospital medical care, controlling accidents, and reducing overall healthcare costs. In 2020, generated BRL 875.31 million in revenue. Kora Saúde Participacoes SA intends to use the proceeds from the IPO in August 2021 to acquire new assets, open hospitals, and expand its business.
