Founded in 1972 and based in Hong Kong, Kwai Hung Group is a real estate company that operates real-estate investment holding, property development, and property investment. In 1970, the company's founder, Mr Chan, started to collect old furniture to furnish apartments to rent and sell. In 1980, Kwai Hung Construction and Kwai Hung Securities were founded and built the first residential building Silver Jubilee Mansion in 1981. In the 1990s, it focused on developing residential buildings to sell in Hong Kong, and projects include Corona Tower and Kwong Fung Terrace. Meantime, it began to invest in property in Canada. In 2010, the group acquired retail premises on Kensington High Street in London. And it founded the boutique serviced apartments brand “BEAK” in 2016. Kwai Hung Group engage in real estate development and operation services. Meanwhile, it does real-estate investment and acquirement services.
