Established in 2019 and based in Tokyo, Japan, Liquid Mine Inc. was formerly a member of The Institute of Medical Science, The University of Tokyo (IMSUT) back in 2015. Ever since, the Company has switched to focus on the research work revolving genetic analysis. In 2017, the Company developed “MyRD”, a medical information system, to conduct clinical trials and patient health inspection at multiple medical facilities. The Company's main businesses include the development and sale of various medical testing programs, genetic analysis testing, pathological examination, as well as the research, development, manufacture and sale of in-vitro diagnostic drugs. The Company generates revenues mainly from distributing tailor-made test drugs, “Liquid Biopsy”, for patients. Combined with the genetic analysis technique, the test drug is able to grasp the decrease number of diseased cells, and the number of remaining and recurring diseased cells. By analyzing each patient’s genetic mutations, the Company offers precision medicine that is tailor-made to the treatment of each patient. Going forward, the Company aims to discover and put genomic medicine into the clinical use to cure human cancer.
