Muthoot Capital Services Limited has been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange since 1995 through an IPO and on the National Stock Exchange of India in 2015. In December 2019, local private equity firm Elevation Capital acquired a 3.94% stake in the company and eventually acquired additional shares in February 2021, acquiring a 2.5% stake in Muthoot Capital and bumping up its holding to 9.52%. The company offers various loan programs including two-wheeler loans, used car loans, short-term and long-term deposit plans, subordinated debts, loyalty loans, and secured business loans. Muthoot Capital Services Limited witnessed revenue growth of 10% year over year, from INR 5.1861 billion in the fiscal year 2018 - 19 to INR 5.8680 billion in the fiscal year 2019 - 20.
