Norsk Grønnkraft develops, constructs and operates small hydro power plants in Norway. In December 2016, Aquila Capital announced its plan to merge Småkraft and Norsk Grønnkraft, effective from January 2017, to create the leading operator in Norway’s hydropower market. The newly created entity will be known as Småkraft Utbyggin.
