In September 2022, Finint Investments SGR SpA, along with the company's management, acquired a majority stake in Tecno Cover Srl. The company creates pellet stoves and inserts. The September 2022 investment will support the growth of Tecno Cover's production capacity, the expansion of the product range, the consolidation on the French market and the penetration in other European geographies, as well as the implementation of a company structure in order to support growth goals.
