As a part of the deal, PSG Equity reinvested a minority stake in the business. The company supports the daily operations of over 28000 practices across the US from individual providers to multi-location practice groups. Therapy Brands, Inc. operates as a practice management software for mental and behavioral health providers. The firm's software provides solutions for behavioral analysis ranging from administrative services to data collection, psychotherapy, substance abuse recoveries such as opioid addiction, alcoholism, drug addiction and physical rehabilitation such as physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. The firm's platform also provides HIPAA compliant Telehealth and data collection tools for therapists such as strategic solutions, billing solutions, revenue cycle management, e-prescribing, payments and data collection. In the future, Therapy Brands, Inc., plans to sell its entity and look for potential buyers.
