In March 2024, Marlin Equity Partners agreed to acquire a majority stake in Treasury Intelligence Solutions GmbH from Aquiline Capital Partners, Zobito, 83North, Vintage Investment Partners, and Target Partners.  Treasury Intelligence Solutions GmbH developed a technology-based platform known as CashOptix, which is a fintech solution including cash reporting, forecasting, liquidity management, and bank account management. The company offers PayOptix, which is a platform providing various solutions such as bank connectivity, cross-border and domestic payments, compliance, and security modules. As of 2024, the firm provides its services to a wide range of client including Dawn, BDP International, Encavis, Imperial, Grosvenor, Archroma Life Enhanced, Team Viewer, Swissgrid, Pearson, Unilever, Nintendo, and many more.
