About

Based in Saitama, Japan, established in 1961 by Taro Fujimura, Tsubaki Chemical Industry is the manufacturing arm of the Tsubaki Style group which plans, designs and manufactures plastic containers for cosmetics and toiletries by blow molding. The group gathers the latest information in each field, then studies, researches and analyzes the data for every era. In the showrooms several of the latest products that the group has produced and original designs are displayed. Tsubaki Chemical Industry produces original containers in the company’s own plants with high-level technology and high quality and delivered in a timely manner. The company can also offer 3D-printed prototypes of original or custom-made designs as well as making original molds for the manufacture. All molds are managed and stored in the company’s own plants and can be immediately inspected by the client’s own eyes. Repairs and processing are carried out onsite, therefore molds can be manufactured in the least possible amount of time. The company carries out strict quality inspections. Each process is subjected to visual inspection as well as a multi-point functional inspection. There are measures taken to avoid contamination. A system is in place that ensures traceability in each manufacturing line should problems occur. In 1961, the first plant, the Chino Plant, was established in Ageo, Saitama. In 1975, the company increased its capital to 30 million yen. In 1995, it changed its name to Tsubaki Chemical Industry. In 1996, it moved its first and second plants to the Kita Adachi district and in 2004 it completed a new plant in Hasuda city. In 2014, it established Tsubaki Style, the sales arm of the group. In 2016, the Saga plant in Kyushu was completed.
