Based in Ganzhou, China, and established in 2014, Yipeng Power System is a new energy company that engages in the production of battery cells, battery systems, and waste battery recycling. It has three production bases in Huizhou, Ganzhou, and Zibo. The Ganzhou second-phase production project covers 100 mu, operated in 2020, equipped with 12 production lines, and the production capacity of battery cells can reach 2.3 gigawatt-hour (GWh). The Huizhou production base has production lines of three battery packs, and annual output can reach 30,000 sets. And the Zibo production base was established in 2022, covering 20,000 square meters, manufacturing lithium-ion power batteries and storage energy batteries. Yipeng Power System provides power lithium-ion batteries used for vehicles and lithium-ion battery systems used for storing energy equipment. The battery used for vehicles include pure electric bus battery packs, mix power or hydrogen fuel commercial vehicles battery packs and new energy truck battery packs. It also provides battery management systems (BMS). As well as, it provides waste battery recycling services.
