COI Partners is a private equity investor focused on high-growth, small and mid-sized companies in German-speaking countries - with offices in Zurich, Frankfurt am Main and Berlin. It has conducted direct investments as a deal-by-deal investor for over 20 years, supporting companies in growth phases across industries. COI Partners seeks to invest €10 million to €30 million into companies with established business models and ideally positive cashflow, although the latter is not a requirement. COI Partners benefits from its stable network of entrepreneurs that provide investment capital as shareholders of the Group and co-investors for direct investments, its newly raised €120 million fund COIP DACH Growth II that doubles the capacity of the existing deal-by-deal platform as well as its professional investment team. COI Partners builds on a wealth of experience from more than 50 private equity investments.
