Established in 2017 as a spin-off from a leading banking institution, the firm currently manages USD 12 billion in aggregate commitments across funds backed by leading institutional and private investors worldwide. Since January 2022, Glendower Capital is part of CVC Capital Partners having entered into a merger and strategic partnership to enhance their combined capabilities and accelerate the development of their platforms. Headquartered in London with an office in New York, Glendower Capital's team includes over 90 professionals. It is led by a team of senior partners who have worked together in secondaries since 2003. In July 2024, CVC acquired 20% stake in Glendower Capital and was rebranded to CVC Secondary Partners.
