Dry Fly Capital formerly known as Ogdon Ventures, is a Littleton, CO-based private equity firm that focuses on buy-out positions in lower middle market companies with positive EBITDA. The firm looks to bring digital marketing and business development/sales strategies while automating operational activities through the introduction of technology and raising capital. The firm targets businesses in the distribution, manufacturing/wholesale, and services sectors across the US. Ogdon Venture has rebranded to Dry Fly Capital which is a new private equity firm launched by Doug Robinson and the team of Ogdon Ventures.
