Janus Henderson Investors

Janus Henderson Investors is a UK based hedge fund manager established in 2017 from the merger between Janus Capital Group and Henderson Global Investors. The firm is an independent asset manager dual-listed on the New York Stock Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange. The firm offers a range of asset management services, including traditional and alternative mutual funds and commingled investment products across all major asset classes. The Janus Henderson investment team is grouped under five headings: equities, quantitative equities, fixed income, multi-asset, and alternatives. Janus Henderson Investors had three areas of activity: infrastructure, Asian private equity, and fund of funds. The infrastructure team was a leading investor in the international concession-based infrastructure market, while the fund of funds operation involved both listed and unlisted vehicles. At this time, the firm no longer utilizes its private equity fund of funds or infrastructure arm. In October 2024, Janus Henderson completed the acquisition of Victory Park Capital adding to the firms private debt offering.
