Established in March 2005, Penjing Asset Management is a Hong Kong-based fund of hedge funds manager. It was acquired in August 2012 by Gottex Fund Management (now Lumx Group), a Swiss funds of hedge funds manager. In 2015, the firm was spun off and took on its current name, operating independently with Lumx Group holding a minority interest.
