Established in 2001, RBC Global Asset Management based in London, formerly known as BlueBay Asset Management, which is a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), operates as the global asset management arm for RBC Global Asset Management, with the exception of North America. The acquisition of BlueBay Asset Management by Royal Bank of Canada was finalized in the fourth quarter of 2010.
