TPH Asset Management is the firm's asset management arm and it targets energy sector-focused investment strategies designed to deliver compelling risk-adjusted returns and mitigate downside risk. The firm's private equity arm, TPH Partners, focuses on middle-market equity investments in the energy industry's upstream, midstream, and oilfield services sectors, seeking attractive entry points into businesses that provide long-term growth potential. In November 2016, TPH agreed with Perella Weinberg Partners, under which the two companies combined. The merged entity retained the name, Perella Weinberg Partners while TPH’s energy practice will continue to operate as Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co.
