Avista, a US-based energy utility, has appointed Alicia Gibbs as Vice President, Growth, Innovation, and Strategy, and Patrick Ehrbar as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, effective October. Gibbs is currently Director of Innovation and Strategy, while Ehrbar is Director of Regulatory Affairs.
US-based health insurer Centene has named Chris Neczypor as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective January, succeeding Drew Asher, who will step down at the end of 2026. Neczypor joins from Lincoln Financial, where he was Executive Vice President and CFO.
Etiqa, a Singapore-based insurer, has named Claudia Soh as CEO. Soh had been serving as Acting CEO while continuing in her role as CFO.
The Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego has named Michael S Levinson as Chair of its Board of Directors, succeeding Tina Beranbaum. Levinson has been involved with the foundation for more than a decade.
Jewelers Mutual Group, a US-based insurer, has appointed Mike Alexander as President and CEO, effective January. He will succeed Scott Murphy, who will retire at the end of this year and remain on the board.
L3Harris Technologies, a US-based aerospace and defense corporate investor, has appointed Sam Mehta as President and CEO, succeeding Christopher Kubasik, who has stepped down as Chairman and CEO. Mehta previously led L3Harris' Communications and Space & Mission Systems businesses, and joined from Collins Aerospace.
SIRA, an Australia-based insurance regulator, has appointed Megan Main as Chief Executive, effective October. Main joins from New Zealand's Accident Compensation Corporation, where she served as Chief Executive for five years.
US-based University of Maine Foundation has named Sean Campbell as President and CEO, effective October. Campbell joins from Illinois Tech, where he is Vice President for Advancement, and will succeed Jeffery Mills, who is retiring.
US-based private investment firm AE Industrial Partners has appointed John L Plueger as Senior Advisor on its Operating Partners team. Plueger previously served as CEO and board member of Air Lease Corporation, which he co-founded.
Alpina Equity, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm, has named Michael Martin as Managing Partner. He joins from another LA-based firm, where he was a Director focused on acquisitions, corporate divestitures, and carve-outs.
Frazier Healthcare Partners, a US-based healthcare private equity firm, has hired Wes Wheeler as Executive in Residence on its growth buyout team. Wheeler joins from LabConnect, where he was CEO and Director.
Hong Kong-based fund manager Gaw Capital Partners has opened an office in Riyadh and appointed Khalid AlBihlal as Managing Director, Private Equity, Saudi Arabia. He joins from Saudi Venture Capital Company, where he was Chief Business Development Officer.
Great Hill Partners, a US-based private equity firm, has hired Sam Liu as Director of AI on its growth team. Liu joins from Bain & Company, where he was an Associate Partner in the firm’s AI practice.
HIG Capital, a global alternative investment firm, has hired Tim Hsu and Chris Todisco as Managing Directors in its capital formation group. Hsu joins from Oaktree Capital, Todisco from Schroders Capital.
Global asset manager Invesco has appointed Clint Harris as Global Head of Solutions & Custom Strategies and Darby Nielson as CIO of Multi-Asset Solutions.
Mayfield, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm, has hired Aditya Singh as a Partner, focused on AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, and physical AI. He was previously at Cota Capital.
PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, has hired Yaqub 'Qub' Ahmed as Head of Defined Contribution Solutions. He will lead the firm's defined contribution strategy across institutional and wealth channels.
Europe-based private equity firm TDR Capital has hired Jessica Lowe as Funds Counsel. She joins from Sidley Austin, where she was a Senior Managing Associate.
Virtus Investment Partners, a US-based asset manager, has appointed John T Boyce to its Board of Directors and Audit Committee. Boyce was most recently Head of North America Distribution at Insight Investment.
DLA Piper has hired Brian Gingold as co-lead of its New York private equity practice. Gingold advises private equity sponsors, lenders, and portfolio companies across buyouts, M&A, and other transactions.
Goodwin has appointed Rebecca Lock as a Partner in its real estate and investment funds and capital industry groups in Philadelphia. She advises sponsors on investment fund structures and related vehicles.
K&L Gates has added Tim Foley as a Partner in its asset management and investment funds practice in Washington, DC. Foley, who joins from Linklaters, advises broker-dealers and financial institutions on regulatory matters.
Katten has hired Genevieve Weiner as a Partner in its restructuring practice in Los Angeles. Joining from Sidley Austin, she advises on complex restructuring and distressed transactions.
Kirkland & Ellis has appointed Edward Coates as a Partner in its secondaries team. He was previously at Latham & Watkins.
Orrick has appointed Steven Lozner as a Partner in its structured finance team in New York, focused on CLOs and leveraged-loan warehouse facilities. He joins from DLA Piper and represents investment banks, financial institutions, issuers, collateral managers, and institutional investors on securitization matters.
Sidley Austin has hired Brian Foster and Patrick Calves as Partners in the firm’s global finance practice, Jiqiang Lin as a Partner in the life sciences transactions practice, and Sharanyaa Kruti Vasan as a Partner in the energy, transportation, and infrastructure practice, all in New York. Foster and Calves join from Hogan Lovells Cadwaladar, Lin from Cooley, and Vasan from Milbank.
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has brought in Jessica Cooney as a Partner in its Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Boston. She advises sponsors across buyouts, minority investments, co-investments, and other transactions.
Squire Patton Boggs has added Oksana Lashko as a Partner in the firm’s restructuring and insolvency practice in New York and National Co-Chair of its Creditors' Committee practice. She joins from Morrison Foerster and previously advised official committees of unsecured creditors.

4Pines Fund Services, a US-based fund administrator, has named Brian Sciortino as COO. He joins from Versant Health, where he was Senior Vice President, and spent 27 years at MetLife.
Ameriprise Financial, a US-based wealth manager, has hired financial advisors Lee Winters III and Chris McClure in Columbia, South Carolina. They join from Wells Fargo Clearing Services and are accompanied by Client Service Associate Darragh James.
US-based wealth manager Balentine has named Tom Matthesen as Head of Business Advisory in the family office solutions group. It follows the firm’s acquisition of Valuation Growth Advisory, which Matthesen founded. He was previously CEO of Presidential Financial Corporation and President of Thrive Farmers.
BNY Wealth has hired Seth Thompson as Senior Director and Portfolio Manager and Caleb Bowser as Senior Vice President and Client Executive in Palm Beach.
Cliffwater, a US-based alternative investment adviser, has appointed Sam Walsh as Managing Director on the Cascade real assets fund team. Walsh joins from GIC, where he was Senior Vice President, Investments, Americas Real Estate.
DBS, an Asia-based bank, has announced senior leadership appointments across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Indonesia. Ng Sier Han will become CEO of DBS Hong Kong, Lim Chu Chong is named as CEO of DBS Taiwan, and Adrian Chai steps into President Director of DBS Indonesia. Sebastian Paredes, Head of North Asia and CEO of DBS Bank (Hong Kong), will step down from executive duties in March 2027 and remain a senior advisor.
Fiduciary Trust Company, a Boston-based private wealth manager, has named Doris Meister as President and CEO, succeeding Austin Shapard, who will move to an advisory role. Meister was most recently Chair and CEO of Wilmington Trust.
US-based broker-dealer platform Finalis has appointed Steven Price as Chief Compliance Officer. Price joins from FINRA, where he was Head of Market Investigations.
Glenmede, a US-based wealth and investment manager, has appointed Michael H Novak as Relationship Manager, Wealth Advisory and Managing Director. Novak was previously at Northern Trust, where he was Senior Fiduciary Officer and Senior Vice President.
US-based investment adviser Greycourt has appointed Michael J Meehan as Managing Director and CIO, and promoted Mark Thomas to Chief Investment Strategist. Meehan joins from Nuveen, where he was Senior Portfolio Strategist.
Hilco Global, a global financial services company, has hired Andrew Hede as Vice Chairman of Hilco Global Professional Services. He joins from Accordion, where he was President, Business Transformation & Transactions.
US-based wealth management platform Kestra Financial has named Kelly Apple as Head of Wealth Management. Apple joins from BlackRock, where she was Head of National Accounts.
Lazard has appointed Marco Superina to lead investment banking for Switzerland, based in Zurich. He joins from UBS, where he was Head of Global Banking Switzerland.
MAI Capital Management, a US-based wealth manager, has acquired California-based OG Private Wealth and Atlanta-based Waypoint Wealth Counsel. OG Private Wealth founders Ryan and Mike O'Donnell, along with Waypoint leaders Brad McGrew and Matthew Woods, have joined MAI as Market Leaders. Woods and McGrew will continue to lead Waypoint following the acquisition.
Maridea Wealth Management, a US-based wealth manager, has acquired Chicago-based Park Ridge Financial and named founder Rick Pucci as Senior Investment Advisor.
Osaic, a US-based wealth management platform, has added Missouri-based O'Reilly LLC through Millenia Investments and brought on Cedar Rapids-based IronGate Services through Carlson Advisor Networks. Patrick O'Reilly has joined Millenia as a Financial Advisor, Carrie Wyatt as a Service Advisor Support Specialist, and the IronGate team, led by Chad Sarsfield and including Coy Sarsfield, Brennan Dorighi, and Jeff Netolicky, joins from Ameriprise Financial Services.
National Australia Bank has announced senior leadership changes, with Group COO Les Matheson and Group Executive Technology and Enterprise Operations Patrick Wright retiring. Pete Steel will become Group Executive Technology and AI, and Shane Conway Group Executive Transformation and Operations, while Group General Counsel Jon Benson will join the executive leadership team.
NewEdge Wealth has opened an office in Houston and appointed Jeffrey Thompson and Shannon Willems as Managing Directors and Sara DeJay Willis as Vice President. The new location is the US wealth manager’s 20th nationwide.
US-based investment bank Piper Sandler has hired Tim Light as Managing Director of Secondary Capital Advisory in New York. Light joins from Guggenheim, where he was a Managing Director and helped build its secondary advisory practice.

Global financial advisory firm Rothschild & Co has appointed New York-based Brent Surber as Managing Director and Head of US Private Capital Markets. Surber joins from Guggenheim Securities, where he was a Senior Managing Director in Capital Markets.
UBS Global Wealth Management has hired Brandon Burleigh as a Financial Advisor in Hartford, Connecticut. He joins the Stone Harbor Group at UBS.
